Raffle Winner Donates AR-15 Back to Foundation Minimize

Robert Barnhill, Bluemont, VA was the winner of the Colt MT-6400 rifle, which was the 1st prize in the “Ride For Our Heroes” raffle held on July 2nd, was surprised by his luck in winning the gun.  He immediately surprised the Foundation by donating the gun back to the foundation for a future raffle prize.  Rob is an avid outdoorsman, hunter and gun enthusiast and said that the gun would benefit Patriot’s Path more than him.  Rob has also been an annual donor to the Foundation since 2009.

“I hope that Patriot’s Path can raise another $4,000 by raffling off the rifle again”, Rob said.  “It is a great cause and the Foundation is doing good work in helping our military veterans”.  The gun was donated to the Foundation originally by retired Marine Corps LtGen William Keys, the CEO of Colt Manufacturing.  Rob will receive a material donation letter for his 2011 tax purposes.

We salute the Barnhill family for their donation and support of Patriot’s Path.  The gun will be raffled off later this year.

Speed Flex Pro Partners with Patriot's Path Minimize

Speed Flex Pro, LLC

Speed Flex Pro, LLC, Purcellville, VA has entered into a joint venture with the Patriot's Path Foundation to manufacture, market and sell the Speed Flex Pro golf training aid.  Speed Flex Pro is the hottest new training aid in golf today and was a featured product at the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, FL earlier this year.  Currently used by professionals on the Senior, European, Nationwide and LPGA tours, Speed Flex Pro is designed to develop the muscles used in the golf swing and will improve your distance and your overall game.  Simple in design, it is easy to use and there are models available for all golfers, beginner to professional, men and women, young and old.

In club fitting, you can maximize distance with correct spin ratio, smash factor, launch angle, loft, shaft type and frequency (flex) of clubs and that is as far as you can go. Most still want more distance and the only way to do that is to increase club head speed. The majority of golfers feel they can accomplish this by practicing at the driving range and swinging as fast as they can. Practicing is a very important part of the game, but to improve club head speed, strength muscle training and increased flexibility are needed.   There have been many training aids to help with this, but none as successful as the Speed Flex Pro.

The SpeedFlex Pro was developed by Jerry Donahue, PGA, who has over 20 years of professional club fitting and golf instruction experience. He has worked with beginners to multiple PGA Touring Professionals and every level in between.  Jerry is a nationally recognized leader in professional custom club fitting – serving all golfers from beginner to touring professionals. Jerry initiated a partnership with the Patriot's Path Foundation and now the Speed Flex Pro is manufactured by U.S. military Veterans who are part of the Foundation.

Through a special offer, you can now purchase your Speed Flex Pro, save 10% on the purchase and help the Patriot's Path Foundation, "Serve Those Who Have Served For Us".  You will also be able to claim a $30 charitable donation on your taxes for each Speed Flex Pro you purchase.

To purchase a Speed Flex Pro and recieve all the benefits mentioned above, simply go to www.SpeedFlexPro.com and enter Code: PP22 when you check out.

We want to thank Jerry and Karilyn Donahue, owners of Speed Flex Pro, LLC for their support of the Patriot's Path Foundation and our Nation's Military Veterans.
